Pia may collect account information such as your email address, profile and preference information you choose to save, uploaded images and files, saved products and offers, board information, prompts, generated content, usage records, and support communications.

If you connect a third-party service such as Pinterest or Google Calendar, Pia may receive and use information permitted by the scopes you approve in order to provide the connected feature.

Pia purchase and Image Vision scan-pack checkout is processed through Payhip and its payment providers. Pia does not need to store your full payment-card number. Payment providers may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own privacy practices.

We use information to operate Pia, authenticate accounts, generate and organize content, provide requested integrations, track Image Vision scan balances, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, confirm purchases and refills, and respond to support requests.

When you use AI-powered features, the content you submit to that feature may be sent to service providers used to generate or analyze the requested output. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use or information you do not want processed for the requested feature.

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Pia, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and connected platforms you choose to authorize. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

You choose whether to connect supported third-party accounts. You may disconnect an available integration through Pia settings when that option is provided. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request account and data deletion by emailing glamhustleLLC-glamorousgrammyglowup@gmail.com. We may need to retain limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security purposes.

Pia uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and service data. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Pia is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
