Refund Policy

One-time Pia purchases and Image Vision scan-pack purchases are generally non-refundable once processed and access or Image Vision scan capacity has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved for a verified billing issue.

We will review requests involving duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges reported promptly, or refunds required by applicable law. Approval is based on the circumstances and available payment records.

The current Pia one-time access and Image Vision scan-pack model does not automatically renew. Buying a scan pack is a separate purchase made only when you choose to add more Image Vision scans.

For a billing or refund question, email glamhustleLLC-glamorousgrammyglowup@gmail.com with the account email and enough transaction information to identify the charge. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.
